Maintenance/Technical
Reveal employs a staff of experienced Field Service Engineers to provide expert technical support to minimize the downtime of your Reveal system. Support includes 7 x 24 worldwide phone and e-mail support as well as onsite assistance.
Additionally, Service Training is available to provide your technicians with the skills necessary to become highly proficient on maintaining Reveal equipment. Each class includes a mix of both hands on and classroom training where attendees learn skills for both preventive and corrective maintenance. At the end of each class, attendees are given both practical and written exams to achieve Reveal Certification status. Training classes can be hosted by Reveal at our Bedford office or can be delivered onsite using your Reveal system.
Operator Training
Operator Training includes both direct Operator training as well as more in depth Instructor Training, whereby each attendee can be certified to teach Operator Training. Programs are flexible in design to accommodate specific objectives for your area or hardware environment. Training classes can be hosted by Reveal at our Bedford office or can be delivered onsite, using your Reveal system.
Installation Support
Reveal installation support can include a pre-installation site survey to ensure proper space and electrical requirements are available. Reveal can also assist with the entire installation effort ranging from delivery and rigging through customer acceptance.
