Job Title:  Manager, Customer Support

Job Description:
Responsible for the daily operations of Reveal Imaging’s worldwide customer support activities.  Activities include overseeing maintenance of Reveal installed equipment, support for third party maintenance providers and supplemental projects at the request of Customers.  Ensures that Customer Support organization provides the highest level of customer service in a cost effective manner.  Manages a group of Field Engineers, including hiring for future growth. 

Approximately 30% travel and some night/weekend work is expected due to the 24x7 nature of Reveal’s operations.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous supervisory experience managing multiple employees required
Demonstrated experience in improving metrics
Previous experience managing third party contracts
Experience with third party telephone support
Familiarization with asset management software
Basic electro-mechanical technical knowledge
Previous budgeting experience
College degree or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Prior experience with US government contracts
Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate data for appropriate course(s) of action
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to respond quickly to changing situations
Solid command of all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
